Sometimes we stay somewhere we know we don't belong out of a sense of familiarity, comfortability, or security. Not understanding that the burden barred from being in a place we don't belong is more damaging to our well-being than the loss of familiarity, comfort, or security could ever be.
I want you to think to yourself what are you holding on to that isn't good for you. Let's move forward with being strong and letting people and things go that do not better our lives. What will you be letting go of?
